At Durrat Al-Attar, we value customer satisfaction while maintaining product integrity, especially for fragrance products.


Returns

Due to the personal nature of attars and fragrances, we do not accept returns once a product has been opened or used.

Returns may only be accepted if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery
  • You received the wrong item

You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or unboxing video proof.


Replacement

If your request is approved after verification:

  • A replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.
  • Replacement dispatch will take 2–4 business days after approval.

Products must be unused and in original packaging for replacement eligibility.


Refunds

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • A replacement is not available
  • The order was successfully cancelled before dispatch

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.


Important Notes

  • Fragrance preferences are subjective; we cannot accept returns based on scent liking or personal preference.
  • Claims made after 24 hours of delivery may not be considered.
